IMAN). Orders are taken 365 days a year.
However, if you are inquiring about the status of
an order, you must call between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30
p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
Cosmetics Shipping and Handling
Please note order processing takes
place Monday through Friday. Our standard shipping
and handling charge is $5.95. $8.00 for orders
greater than $50. Free shipping for orders $200
or more. Expedited shipping delivery is available.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales
tax for deliveries to Virginia.
P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO
We cannot ship an order to a P.O.
Box. APO and FPO orders are shipped via the
United States Postal Service (USPS). Note:
Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.
Price Changes/Product Availability/Out of Stocks
Prices and availability are subject
to change. Occasionally, certain products in
our print and online catalogs may be discontinued
before our marketing materials are updated.
And, occasionally a product will be out of stock.
We will notify you in these instances.
If out of stock, we will immediately
place your order on backorder. When our warehouse
receives the out of stock product, it will be automatically
shipped to you.

Return Policy
We have a satisfaction guarantee
policy. If you’re not happy with anything you’ve
ordered, return it to us within 30 days with your
original receipt. We’ll be happy to refund your
purchase amount or send a replacement product.
When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept
returns of complete sets and not individual items.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
No cash refunds. Send the product back via an
insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEX or
USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice
number) and please let us know the reason for the
return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
